Hello, 

This is the new helpdesk platform for Prepare For Change IT department. PFC-IT. Most of the documentation is designed to be private and aid staff members, however, we will be adding articles here publically, that can be useful to the public. Such as how to login, reset password, whitelist email, etc..

If you have a technical problem with one of our websites or services you can raise a ticket on this system for a volunteer to assist you. It's NOT for general purpose questions, these are still to be directed to [email protected].

For example: if you're having a problem with logging in to the prepareforchange.net website, then you'd raise a ticket clicking on the prepareforchange.net category. 

If you're unsure what category to use, then please feel free to use the General one and we'll reassign it appropriately.

Please remember that we're are an all-volunteer network of lightworkers and we'll reply to you as soon as we feasibly can.
